Return Policy

We are dedicated to providing a safe shopping platform to make your shopping experience as simple as possible and hassle-free with us.

Please take the time to try out all the jewellery you have received. If you still decide on returning, we are happy to help you out with your return and refund process without any questions asked. 

You will have 15-days return period after you have received the products, and customers are requested to raise the return query within the given period of time. You can also reach out our customer support team anytime, to help you with any other issues related to your order, payment and shipment.

Here is how you can easily return products

Contact us on email or whatsapp for returns.

It usually takes 24 working hours for us to respond to your return request and schedule a reverse pick-up. We will send you a mail once the return request has been confirmed from our end with the instructions on how you can return the products.

The return shipment will be scheduled to the place where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up.

Please Note: Kindly return the products with the original packaging and bill.

Refund

Refund will be processed to the same account from where the payment was made after the return shipment is received and examined at our facility. For all the COD orders, you will have to provide the bank account details or UPI where refund can be processed.  It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund and it might take further 1-2 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Do you offer Exchange?

If you are looking for an exchange online, please request for the return of the product you have already received and place a fresh order on our website directly. Since our products are fast moving, we recommend placing immediate order as we do not want you to miss out on your favourite jewellery designs. If your order was a prepaid order, a full refund towards the returned products will initiated.

Please Note: Refund for the returned products will initiate after the product is received and examined at our facility.

Can I Cancel My Order

You can request for the cancellation of the order by e-mailing us at [email protected]. If in case the order is already been shipped, simply reject and return the products at the time of delivery. 

Please Note: To be eligible for Return, your products must be unused and has to be in the same condition as you received it, with the original Rehora’s packaging, tags and bill.

For International Returns

Our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To Return, please contact us within 5 days from the receipt of goods. You need to send us an email at [email protected] or contact us on Whatsapp on 00919892609761.

We will provide you the details for returning the goods. Once you receive an email from us, you can ship at Anshul Agrawal, 04 Vyapar Bhawan, PD Mello Road, Masjid Bunder East, Mumbai, India – 400009.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also if any import duty is levied it will be deductible from refund.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted. Please note the back chains are not to be considered part of the order. Back chains (if any missing) can be sent in your next order on request.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 – 12 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation please email us on [email protected] or contact us on whatsapp on +91-9892609761 within 12 hours of placing the order. However, it is not a guaranteed service,  cancellation will be accepted only if the goods have not been shipped. Once goods are shipped, cancellation cannot be made.

Once order is cancelled, full refund will be processed in next 24 hours.

For dress order, if cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order, 30% of the order value will be charged as these are make to order.
